The Most Delicious Curry Bowl



I made a curry buddha bowl for my vegan popular upward café concluding October. I am a large fan of buddha bowls, together with specially curry buddha bowls. And hence I had to seat it on the menu, of course. You know, it is non tardily to demo non-vegans how delicious vegan nutrient is.... hence many people who heard of my pop-up cafe/restaurant were similar ahhh no I don't swallow vegan food! Vegan? What?! Uhm yeaaaa correct guys, whatever. Birdies, you lot know what?! The curry buddha bowl was the hit! I served it amongst rice, mushrooms, avocado, leap onion, pak choi, smoked tofu, pea pods, soybean sprouts together with fresh cilantro. 



And straightaway acre I am writing this, I larn hungrrrry! Pretty certain I volition brand a curry buddha bowl this evening. It fits perfectly into my diet since I am experimenting amongst Raw Til iv together with doctor Grahams 801010. Have you lot always heard of 80/10/10? It's a raw nutrient diet, generally fruits together with veggies. I mean value my trunk needs cooked nutrient too, hence I'll add together rice, sweetness spud together with soups. Raw Til iv sounds similar a innovation then. Sooooo yummy well for you lot & depression inward calories. 

Here is the recipe my dears..




You need

2 onions (200 gr)
2 large carrots
2 cm piece of ginger
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp curry powder
100 gr curry paste
1/2 tsp curcuma
5 tbsp soy sauce
500 ml kokosnoot milk
200 ml mango juice
200 ml water
olive oil
cilantro
lots of veggies of choice 
rice


Directions

1. Cook the rice every bit directed on package. 

2. Peel onions & cutting them inward bigger pieces. Peel carrots & cutting them inward small-scale pieces. Cut garlic inward sparse slices. Heat a sauce pan, add together olive oil, hence garlic, onions, carrots together with fry. 

3. Chop ginger inward really small-scale pieces. Add them to the sauce pan. 

4. Then add together curry glue (I role this one), curcuma together with curry pulverisation together with stir! It's important to stir a lot...because who wants a burnt taste? 

5. Deglaze amongst soy sauce. Then pour inward kokosnoot milk, mango juice together with water. If you lot similar add together 1/2 chili. Bring to a boil & railroad train for xv minutes. 

6. Prepare fresh veggies of choice. I LOVE sliced mushrooms, diced smoked tofu, chopped pea pods, sliced leap onion, pak choi,... together with of course, a lot of cilantro! Put veggies inward a bowl, pour curry on overstep together with serve amongst rice. Voilà!
