Mario, unser Vermieter chapeau uns das Seven Seeds als bestes Frühstückslokal (mit dem besten Kaffee!) empfohlen, besides sind wir gleich am ersten Morgen hingegangen. Das Seven Seeds Team brüht hervorragenden Kaffee inwards einer alten Lagerhalle. Erinnerte mich mit der brick wall etwas an New York. Es ist kein rein veganes Lokal, aber natürlich hatten sie was für mich auf der Karte und hab mich für das Coconut Granola entschieden. Dachte erst es wird ne ganz trockene Angelegenheit therefore ohne Milch, chapeau aber mit dem Kirschschaum doch perfekt gepasst ;)

Seven Seeds is located within an onetime spacious warehouse, which reminded me a chip of New York amongst its brick-walled areas. So, slap-up java & vegan brekkie. I had the kokosnoot granola which was rattling yummy.

Matcha Mylkbar stand upwards ganz oben auf meiner Liste. Weil ich therefore viel wie möglich ausprobieren wollte, nation of war ich sogar 3 mal dort. Es ist ein rein veganes Lokal, das für sein 'vegan egg' bekannt ist. Ihr wisst es ja eh, ich magazine keine Ersatzprodukte, aaaaaber ich musste dieses vegane Ei probieren! Konsistenz: sehr eiig. Geschmack: Süßkartoffelpüree und Kokosgelee. Wenn ihr inwards St. Kilda seid und was gesundes Essen wollt, dann schaut auf jeden Fall mal vorbei. Das Lokal nation of war meistens komplett voll - human sollte besides am besten früher hingehen damit human nen Tisch bekommt. 

Matcha Mylkbar was on top of my list. Went at that spot iii times, because I wanted to endeavor equally many meals & drinks equally possible. It's a constitute based restaurant, e'er packed, as well as they serve the vegan egg! VEGAN egg. Das Hauptlokal heißt Smith & Daughters und macht erst abends auf, deswegen nation of war ich im Deli, das gleich um decease Ecke liegt. Es ist ein kleiner Take Away Shop mit richtig geilen Sandwiches, Suppen und Salaten. Probiert unbedingt decease Brownies!

Das Lokal wurde mir auf Instagram gefühlte tausendmal empfohlen. Und es ist richtig cool! Buntes Essen, netter Service, hübsche Surfer, coole Leute. Würde ich inwards Sydney wohnen, dann bestimmt inwards Bondi und ich würde hier jeden Tag essen gehen! Wir waren vormittags am Strand und nachdem mein Frühstück nur ein grüner Saft war, hatte ich richtig Hunger! Ich hab mir decease Bondi Bowl bestellt: Süßkartoffel, Kraut, Tempeh (nicht therefore mein Fall, aber ich hab's trotzdem gegessen), Avocado, Karotte, Coconut Bacon, Pilze, Bohnen-Humus & grüner Salat. Die Portion nation of war riesig und chapeau mega satt gemacht.

Smoothies und Juices, Superfood Bowls und Sandwiches. Die Auswahl ist riesig! Hab hier einen grünen Saft und einen Ginger Shot mitgenommen. Sie haben auch einen Juice mit Aktivkohle. Im Nachhinein denk ich mir den hätte ich lieber genommen, weil ich sowas noch nie getrunken hab. Hab mir aber nun schon Aktivkohle bestellt und werd das selber mal ausprobieren :)

Da wir spontan inwards Byron stehen geblieben sind, hatte ich keine Restaurant-Empfehlungen der Instagram Gemeinde inwards petto. Im Byron Fresh (kein rein veganes Lokal) gab's für mich decease Green Power Bowl. 

I didn't instruct whatsoever vegan/vegan-friendly recommendations from the insta menage unit of measurement (I asked last-minute) and so nosotros ended upwards having dinner at Byron Fresh. Wirklich überall gab's Açaí Bowls und ich hatte erst inwards Brisbane therefore richtig Lust drauf. Am Vorabend hab ich inwards der Innenstadt inwards der Nähe unseres Hotels einen Kiss The Berry Store entdeckt und gleich gegoogelt, ob es noch mehr davon inwards Brisbane gibt. Southbank stand upwards am Plan und yeeaah da nation of war wirklich ein Kiss The Berry. Eine Açaí Bowl zum Frühstück - gibt's was besseres?! Und decease nation of war noch dazu richtig gut! Auf dem Menü stehen verschiedene Açaí Bowls - ich hatte The Original. Das hausgemachte Granola inwards der Bowl ist nicht vegan, ihr müsst besides nach vegan-style fragen ;) 

That açaí bowl was amazing! They serve five dissimilar açaí bowls & I had The Original one. Really yummy as well as filling. Their granola is non vegan, therefore inquire for the vegan-style bowl, if you lot are on a plant-based diet.
