Need a dark-green smoothie recipe?
Okay, it looks a chip grey-green....but hi it is then delicious & healthy!
For this i you lot volition need:
1 frozen banana
a handful babe spinach
1/2 cucumber
1/2 cucumber
fresh or frozen wheatgrass juice
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp matcha powder
1/2 tsp maca
add H2O & blend! Easy, right!?
