I used the incorrect mixer & didn't mix the cashews long enough.
But at that fourth dimension I was real proud of my cheesecake bites.
Kinda embarrassing lol.
But now, await at this yummie affair I made the calendar week earlier my popular upward Cafe:

Oh as well as I got those measurement cups from my sister, that's why my recipe is written inwards cups (and inwards grams when I didn't forget to purpose the kitchen scale..sorry).

Crust Ingredients
1 loving cup pitted medjool dates
1/2 loving cup dried apricots (75 grams)
1 1/2 cups cashews (225 grams)
2 tbs kokosnoot oil
vanilla
salt
1/8 loving cup hemp seeds
Filling Ingredients
3 cups cashews (450 grams)
1/3 loving cup kokosnoot oil
1/2 loving cup maple syrup
vanilla
salt
water
100 grams frozen raspberries
Decoration
cashew butter
almond butter
raspberries
Directions
1. Soak cashews (for the filling) for iii hours inwards water.
2. Throw the dates, apricots & crust-cashews inwards a nutrient processor or
high speed blender. Pulse until everything is good processed. Add
hemp seeds, kokosnoot oil, tabular array salt as well as vanilla as well as blend again.
3. Now press the crust-mixture downwardly into the pan similar this:
And seat it into the fridge!
4. Time for the filling! Throw all ingredients except the raspberries
into a high speed blender as well as only blend!! Add H2O if
necessary...as fiddling every bit possible!! Blend until creamy :)
5. Fold raspberries into the cashew mixture as well as pour it on the crust.
6. Place cheesecake inwards the freezer for at to the lowest degree an hour.

almond butter on top. The nut butter freezes similar a shot as well as only looks awesome! Decorate amongst fresh raspberries as well as serve! Voilà !
