Banana Maple Pecan Porridge

Porridge.

The perfect breakfast for this shitty mutual depression temperature weather. 

Hey, it's September too it is freakin mutual depression temperature too rainy! 

Porridge has thus many amazing benefits & I experience similar no i actually eats it for breakfast. It is totally forgotten.
 



What, whaaatt? Yes. See here:



1. Porridge is thus so soooo filling.
2. The total feeling helps y'all avoid mid morning time snacks too prevents y'all from overeating.
3. Muscles recovery after a workout (thank you, phosphorus!)
4. Make it amongst H2O to buy the farm on the calories low.

Porridge contains a high sum of complex carbs. Digestion is dull too this gives a long gradual liberate of energy.

You need

40 grams oats 
1 banana
water or milk of pick (I purpose almond milk) 
some pecan nuts
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
fruits, nuts, seeds...of choice






Directions 


1. Place oats too milk or H2O inwards a pan over medium heat. 
2. Simmer too stir frequently to larn a smoothen porridge. 
3. Mash the banana.
3. Chop pecans into minor pieces (leave roughly out for decoration).
4. Stir banana, pecans too maple syrup through the porridge for two minutes. 
5. Serve inwards a bowl amongst pecans on top. 
6. You tin flame add together to a greater extent than fruit, nuts,...use whatever y'all like. 



I served my exceptional TBB porridge amongst prickly pear, kiwi, bee pollen, gojis, kokosnoot chips too a tsp of my homemade cashew butter.
