Two In One: Açaí Banana Bowl & Smoothie

 

I convey been too thus into smoothie bowls lately! 

My favorite is an açaí bowl! Super slowly to brand too and thus filling!





Smoothie base
  • 1 banana
  • handful frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbs açaí pulverization or one frozen açaí juice pad
  • 2 tbs soy yogurt (optional) 
  • coconut milk or water

Mix all ingredients inwards a blender. 




And now, add together fruits, nuts, anything yous want.

Whoa. Yes...that's it. 
 

Toppings
  • sliced banana
  • granola
  • gojis
  • raw cocoa nibs
  • berries 
  • chopped nuts
  • cocnut flakes 
  • kiwi
  • chia seeds
  • hemp seeds...

Voilà!
