I convey been too thus into smoothie bowls lately!
My favorite is an açaí bowl! Super slowly to brand too and thus filling!
Smoothie base
- 1 banana
- handful frozen raspberries
- 2 tbs açaí pulverization or one frozen açaí juice pad
- 2 tbs soy yogurt (optional)
- coconut milk or water
Mix all ingredients inwards a blender.
And now, add together fruits, nuts, anything yous want.
Whoa. Yes...that's it.
Toppings
- sliced banana
- granola
- gojis
- raw cocoa nibs
- berries
- chopped nuts
- cocnut flakes
- kiwi
- chia seeds
- hemp seeds...
Voilà!
