As I said, I am addicted to matcha!
Matcha everrrrry day...oh yum!
Today I made matcha light-green tea pancakes.
I don't brand pancakes oft that is why they don't await perfect, only they were together with thence delicious!
Recipe
(9-10 pancakes for 2 persons)
pancake batter
- 50 g kokosnoot flour
- 1 tsp matcha for cooking yesteryear Aiya
- 150 ml almond milk or whatsoever other non-dairy milk
- 2 bananas
- 1 tsp baking powder
- coconut crude oil
topping
- 125 ml vanilla soy drinkable
- 100 g pineapple
- hibiscus pulverization or whatsoever other pinkish pulverization (maybe acaí?)
- cashews
- pomegranate seeds
Directions
1. In a bowl mix together kokosnoot flour, baking powder, matcha together with almond milk. Mash 1 banana, cutting the other banana into slices.
2. Add mashed banana to the batter together with mix until y'all obtain a homogeneous mixture.
3. Melt kokosnoot crude oil inwards a frying pan. Ladle 1 1/2 tbsps of the batter onto the pan....I made 2 pancakes at 1 time. Bake pancakes 2-3 minutes on each side until golden. Repeat amongst the remaining batter together with add together to a greater extent than kokosnoot crude oil if needed.
4. At the same time, ready the sauce: rut vanilla soy milk inwards a sauce pan (do non select to the boil!). Add hibiscus powder. Cut 100 grams pineapple into small-scale pieces, add together it to the milk also together with stir occasionally.
5. Transfer pancakes to 2 platters together with stack them similar this: pancake - banana slices - sauce - pancake - banana...and together with thence on. Drizzle remaining sauce together with spread pomegranate seeds together with cashews on top.
